Mountain Shadows RV Resort is nestled away in beautiful East Kootenany Valley, near the community of Radium Hot Springs. The purpose of this website is to provide owners of the resort with easy access to our association and information about the resort.
 

Mountain Shadows Resort Owners Corporation (MSROC) is the owners association for the resort users.
 

The Directors of the Mountain Shadows Owners Association, hopes that this website will provide the owners of this resort, with resources that will help them get information easier and faster.

Mission: as per the Ownership Agreement 13.2 "The Owners Association covenants and agrees with each owner to control, manage and administer the common items for the benefit of all owners. Specific obligations of the Owner's Association are contained in its articles.

The rights and obligations of the Owner's Associations shall be subject to subordinate to an Owner's rights under this agreement."
